Whidbey Island String Trio

Gideon Freudmann, Cellobop Whidbey Island String Trio is a chamber group that segues from waltzes to swing, bossanova, Bach and an occasional hoedown. Cellist/composer Gideon Freudmann is joined by violin virtuosos Gloria Ferry-Brennan and Linda Vogt.

Gideon Freudmann composes music for TV and film. He has toured in Europe, Asia, Australia and the U.S. He has recorded 2 dozen albums, scored several modern films and performs live soundtracks for classic silent films.

Gideon Freudmann, Cellobop Gloria Ferry-Brennan has performed with distinguished orchestras and won classical music competitions. She studied at the Curtis Institute of Music and has performed throughout the US.

Linda Vogt is a highly skilled and versatile violinist equally comfortable playing chamber music and with renowned ensembles throughout the Northwest.
